Today, I had to put my goldfish Finny to sleep. I’ve had it for about 4 years, and grew quite attached. It’s recently developed quite a few sicknesses, including what I think is fish TB, which is not curable. So we decided to euthanize it so that it doesn’t have to suffer more (also, so that my other fish won’t eat it if it dies while I’m not home, causing further infections.)
So rest in peace, Finny. We’ll miss you.
